Steaming hot Baked Potato?

Deliciously simple?

But you have to be a bit careful eating lunch in my household… as food may have been tampered with, and in this case, not all steam is equal.  Here the potato is cold and if you check out the second photo and you will see a ball of cotton wool (preheated in the microwave with a bit of water), to give that steaming hot look. Cotton wool balls or tampax work wonders in food photography. Ensure you photograph against a dark background so you can see the steam!
